Madison Hall Apartments

This place has become a hole since the pandemic. We lost our competent management, and now are stuck with some drones that don't really care about tenant concerns. They're pretty much just here to collect rent. The traffic and noise have increased significantly and the neighbors are not courteous towards the people they share walls with. Every day I start my day with doors and cabinets slamming at 6am. If you value peace, quiet, and comfort in your living space I'd avoid this place if I were you. Synco Properties could care less about your comfort. They only care about how they can get into your wallet.

I love my apartment at Madison Hall! The neighbors are friendly and the property is well maintained. Christian is an awesome property manager - she’s always friendly and helpful whenever needed. All my maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner. Grass and shrubs are kept up well. The pool is great in the summer. Trash and mail locations are convenient. The dog park is a nice size and the concrete walkway through the complex is really nice to walk. Further, the location is super convenient to my job in Winston, and I love having the ability to submit work requests and make payments online. This is my first apartment experience, and it has been extremely positive!

Went in to view apartment with my senior dad. Tamika was infinitely patient with him - thank you!! She was also extremely knowledgeable about the complex & upcoming availability etc. Really a pleasure dealing with her because so many office people either know nothing or mislead you. Very likely after viewing several places he’ll go there - lovely grounds & easy to deal with friendly staff!

I’ve lived in Madison Hall for going on seven months now, and it’s been a good experience. Calls to the office have been returned promptly, maintenance has fixed issues quickly, and I’ve never had any issues with the office. The community is really chill and quiet and I’ve never had any problems with my neighbors. I also appreciate that the one bedroom units include a washer and dryer. The only downside I can think of is that the kitchens in the one bedroom units are tiny. Everything else is great.

Do not consider living here.....unless, (a BIG unless) you like a perfect, quiet, pet-friendly, smoke-free location, and great neighbors. Unless you are accustomed to unresponsive management and maintenance.(Kudos to Christian and Danny). So many things to like about living here. I love the close proximity to the fire department and first responders. I had a medical issue and they were here within a couple of minutes. I feel like I have bought an expensive car at a cheap price. I love the pool and the sidewalk that extends for miles into the village. I could go on and on. Check it out for yourself. It feels like family here.
