Clemmons Town Center Luxury Apartments

First few months were pretty good. The apartment itself was nice. But ended up having very loud upstairs neighbors and you can hear everything. Even just people walking above you sounds so loud. Also not a great place to live if you have pets, I was charged to replace the entire carpet when I moved out even though only a small part of the carpet pad underneath had supposedly been messed up from pet accidents (that had been thoroughly cleaned). Trash disposal area was almost always a mess… you pay too much to live here to have so many issues. Moved after 1 sleepless year

I have lived here for about 1.5 years now I moved in before all the buildings were built and in that time I do not have anything I can complain about. I have a dog but I did not like that people did not pick up their dog poop; we noticed they had only built 1 or 2 poop stations so we asked for more especially in the well lit portion of the apartments for night trips out. The complex had 4-5 more in the month, the poop situation improved a lot (some people will just leave the poop regardless it seems where you live doesn't change that). Nothing has broken or been an issue for me something I was expecting being the first person to live in the apartment. All of my interactions with staff have been nice and I typically stop in the office a few times a month to pick up packages. I have ne

Moved in 3 months almost now and I wish I never did. The trash compactor is always backed up and won’t work. Trash is left on the side because of this and it looks so trashy. I have upstairs neighbors that make so much noise that the walls shake and it sounds like they are coming thru the floor. I do understand the normal noise you will hear while living in apartment. But this is excessive!!! I have filed 3 complaints with property management and nothing has changed in fact it’s gotten worse. Also as a former employee of Parr Investments and aware of how they treat employees I’m under no false pretense that nothing will change with the noise. My wife and I lived here for about 18 months and just moved out. It was the best renting experience we have ever had! Move in and move out were both smooth with no hidden costs. The apartment was so nice, and we always felt very safe in the complex, even going outside at night. Maintenance was always quick to come repair anything when requested. The office staff was always helpful and pleasant to talk to, and we feel that they went out of their way to make things easier for us and make our experience great! We only moved out because we moved to a different state to be closer to family, and we were sad to leave these apartments, and don’t look forward to renting anywhere else because it will be hard to find somewhere else nearly as great! I’ve lived here for a year and love everything about Clemmons Town Center. I moved from California and it was such an easy transition. This is a safe neighborhood I have a 14 year old son and that is very important to me. Especially not knowing the area. Lori who works in the office and she is so kind and so nice to my family. She is the perfect example of southern hospitality! The maintenance crew is so awesome. Anything you need fixing they come right away and they’re so kind to my family and I. We’ve lived in a lot of different apartment complexes and this is by far the best place to live. I want to Thank the entire front office and maintenance crew for making this an awesome place to live!!!
