If I could rate zero stars, I would. Western Management is an elitist property management company. When applying for one of their (very overpriced) units, I was contacted by the Assistant Property Manager, Cecilia Mendoza. Cecilia was not very kind and quite judgmental when it came to my bank statements. During the month of December, I did not have my job but immediately got a job in January. With my new job, I made basically 3x the rent alone (not including my partner's income), but Cecilia kept pushing questions on why my checking balance was so low. Western Management are slum lords. I live next door to a building they manage and I have literally been calling and emailing them for YEARS to try to get them to have someone take the dumpster in and out on time. When it is left out it becomes a fountain of trash causing the block to be blighted. It is not that hard - all the other apartments in the neighborhood can do it. Christyann is nice on the phone, but will never solve the actual problem. Larry is the owner - he is quite rude. They don't respond to emails because they don't want a paper trail showing how badly they are doing at their jobs. If you are a tenant, I'm sorry. If you are a landlord, find someone else. I have lived in a property managed by Western Management for over 20 years and they are horrible! From day one and many managers they were slumlords! Finally the owners son changed companies and it should have been done many years ago! They even made me pay 1/2 for a garage door. Leslie was the worst. They did nothing to upkeep the property.

Not a good place to rent from they take your money and not rent to u mind u I have a voucher and any landlord wants tent with voucher but they refuse my voucher never a recommendation
