Link Apartments® Four12

Moved to the Link last summer, & my experience here has been comforting! The office staff have been & are super welcoming! One of my favorite perks about living here, besides the convenient location to shops & freeways, is definitely the ON SITE maintenance. Mr. Humberto has helped with any emergencies any time of the day/evening! He responds quickly, knowledgeable with the appliances & supplies in the apartment! Thank you everyone at Link Four!

The leasing office staff are very kind! You can tell they really care, they’re thoughtful, and attentive. Azsurde was great!! She answered all our questions and was very welcoming. Overall vibes of the place felt safe and there’s some fun cafes and restaurants around! Also the building does a nice job of blocking out the noise of the freeway.

I've lived at Link Apartments Four12 for over a year now and absolutely love it. The location in Jack London Square is hard to beat — right by the waterfront, plenty of restaurants nearby, and of course the ferry. Commuting is easy with quick access to BART and the ferry into SF, making getting around really convenient. The management team and staff onsite is responsive and friendly, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The building is well cared for and the urits are modern and quiet. Highly recommend if you want a great Oakland location with flexible commute options.

Moved here in mid August from L.A and among many of the building I toured Link felt the most welcoming. Touring buildings virtually isn’t an easy thing but Sandra and the team made it easy for me. As someone new to the Bay Area I had concerns and questions like anyone moving to a new city would. I appreciated that Sandra answered my questions and was also transparent which I didn’t find with other properties. Besides the amenities in this building I loved the fact that I didn’t feel forced into signing a lease here the team was very patient with me and all my emails, calls and questions. Move in day was quite simple and fast. Hassan helped me step by step set up my PG&E. There’s also a sense of community which is nice but there’s also peace and quiet which makes recharging on weekends just

We have lived at Link Apartments Four12 for about a year. The leasing office staff are the most helpful, friendly, professional and always on tops of things. The maintenance team is always on standby ready to help you fix. Any maintenance requested submitted, they are able to address it immediately. Also they clean the apartment regularly and it smells so good. Overall, it’s been a peaceful and pleasant living experience.
