Western Heights

I've lived here for a year. Personally it's been a great so far. We moved from Clarksville to Knoxville. Our unit is clean and they keep pest control schedules to prevent bugs in the home. The maintenance is friendly and fixed every issue in a timely manner. The office staff are very kind. They are there when you need help. They offer many different solutions to families in need. They have just built a bunch of units across from mine that look very nice. They offer tax credit rate apartments, based on your income units and regular rent units. They even have units for the elderly/disabled with one floor handicap units. My sons like the on site play area and I like having washer / dryer hook-ups in the unit. It is quaint and quite. It's ok with me. I'll never judge a place where someone lives. It's a roof over there head. It's not where you live but how you live.

I've lived in WH for 16 years and haven't had any problems. Never been robbed or shot as some reviewers have mentioned. The biggest problem I've seen is the homeless people who have been showing up lately looking for empty apartments to squat in as they have been renovating a lot of apartments over the last 6 months.

I lived on Virginia two doors from Western Heights in the 1970s - early 80s. Rule High. So many memories. My house is gone. Some awesome times in Western Heights.

It was Western heights there's not really much to say about it. The new colors look good but they aren't doing anything to the inside.
