It’s quiet here, but staff does not follow by the guidelines. They say in the lease/apartment letters. They state that they don’t tolerate Trash on the premises when walking my dogs I see trash sitting by the staircase/outside of the apartment building buildings all the time, especially by the office/lake. There is a guy who sits on the staircase and just throws his cups and cans all over the grass for the ducks to walk by. No one cleans up after her kids. A lot of the tenants here are very disrespectful of the property/rules and I’ve lived here for a while now and see nothing being done about it The trash is overflowing most of the time with maggots. Throughout this process, the staff has been unresponsive and unprofessional. Calls and emails go unanswered, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or provide a clear answer about when I’ll get my money back. My microwave has not worked for about six months, and I have submitted four maintenance requests with no repairs or follow-up. I was told several times someone would contact me, but I have not received any calls. I have also reported that my stove is very uneven, causing food to cook improperly.
