Chris and the staff at Dreamfinders have been very helpful during our home buying process. As a military family that was only able to see the house once before purchasing, Chris made us feel confident about our purchase. He has been very helpful to fix any issues that have come up in a timely manner. Overall, we are happy with our experience and the home we have purchased!

⸻ I am very disappointed with how my ongoing lawn issues have been handled. I have been dealing with patchy areas throughout my grass for an extended period of time and have made multiple attempts to get this resolved. I have emailed and spoken directly with Shelly, David, Troy, and Chris, yet nothing has been done to correct the problem. What makes this especially frustrating is that I have praised Dream Finders Homes on several occasions in the past and genuinely wanted to continue speaking positively about my experience. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up, accountability, and results has made that difficult. At this point, the communication has not translated into action, and the issue remains unresolved. We have built many houses and this has been one of the best experiences. Christopher was great. He explained the entire process and was with us from start to finish. The rest of the Dream Finders’ team has also been super easy to work with. We love our new home and are looking forward to creating many memories here!
