Monument at Pooler Apartments

I visited yesterday for the grand opening for work and this place is a show stopper. The team is amazing with warm and friendly hospitality. The office associates were so welcoming and had worked so hard with the Mayor and Chamber of Commerce to host this grand opening. The cleanliness of the community was impressive as was the attention to detail at the event. I loved the gym with the Peloton bikes. I cannot wait to see the pool in its prime summer season. The loved the table tennis and chessboard area. Two things I would use every single day. This community is worth taking a tour. The location off Pooler Parkway is the place to be in Pooler Georgia!

This review was long overdue. Came to Pooler for a job promotion and spoke with Ms.Molly. I must say she understood the assignment!!! She made me and my wife feel welcome and feel like this is the place to be. And it sure is. A very monumental experience🙏🏾

Just moved into! We had a great experience. The staff was super helpful, polite, and quick throughout the whole process. The apartment was in perfect condition when me and my wife moved in. Special thanks to Molly for helping us through the entire process, she was amazing! Highly recommend!

Definitely nice to see a friendly face Mrs Lauren. Thank you Molly for the smooth transition from the kindness walk through down to the detail of the community. Communication was definitely awesome. Thank you Ansley for the finale and making sure my apartment was above standard.

Brand new apartments amenities are fantastic. huge swimming pool outside although it’s not heated yet clubhouse with fitness center that is capable of satisfying you ever need a café for your use a lounge area with shuffleboard pool tables, TVs, and every common room and upstairs yoga room, and upstairs business meeting area along with a sort of dying banquet area, beautiful fireplace, high ceilings, luxury furniture on the inside of clubhouse. The outdoor pool pavilion has luxury seating with fireplace and TV. There’s also a fire pit area and two grills in the grill area.
