HoM at Pooler

Moving in to an apartment here was a great experience. Ashley, Amber, Maya, and Monica all helped to make it as easy as possible for me. Everyone was super friendly and professional, any questions I had throughout the whole process were answered almost immediately. The apartments are fantastic with plenty of space and a beautiful kitchen, and the complex is nice and open with great amenities. I am definitely happy with my choice and am excited to be living here!

The whole staff is absolutely fantastic! Each member of their team is so lovely when it comes to taking a second to acknowledge and remember you. The apartments themselves are so thoughtfully laid out and love the color scheme. Its so open and airy and the little touches make it really feel like a place to call home 🤍

My family had to relocate from New York to Georgia due to a job change. We only had a few months to move and I picked Pooler, GA because it's close to the new job. I found Hom at Pooler on Apartment.com. I loved that it's a new rental community, rental prices, and close to shopping. Site unseen I filled out their application and any questions I had were promptly answered by leasing consultant, Maya. If she wasn't available Amber and Monica were also very helpful. We moved in about a week ago and are very happy with our choice. Thank you ladies for making us feel at home!

The whole staff is wonderful. Amber has been so helpful through the moving process and making sure everything went smoothly come move in day as well as ensuring I had all the details for the best places to grab food around time. I highly recommend living here as if there is any problems, they are quick to fix.

Above and beyond! I have to give credit where credit due- I was visiting my daughter, rented an electric vehicle & saw on the app that the apartments had one at the office. I have never used a EV charger before so when I pulled up, the maintenance manager greeted me. Warren was very kind and opened the door for me so I could ask how to use the system. Then I was greeted by the office ladies, all very nice! The office manager came outside and personally helped me download the app to use the charging station. She saw that I was struggling & clearly I had no idea what I was doing. She was troubleshooting for about 45 minutes with me and my old phone! I could not have asked for a better “God-wink” than landing right here when I needed the help! While I was waiting, she invited me inside for so
