Westbrook by Pulte Homes - Closed

As a Real Estate agent, when we were trying to find our next home, I obviously knew of all the new communities in Southwest Florida. We were looking for a convenient location, low fees, no CDD or city tax, with good schools around us. We also wanted to make sure the fees included lawn maintenance so the community maintained a pretty, uniform look. We are very happy that we chose Westbrook, and are looking forward to many great years to come!

Had an easy experience from start to finish. Been living here for over a year now and the warranty issues were minor, but taken care of very quickly. I haven't once felt that the quality of build was sacrificed in order to complete it quickly or to keep costs down. Community is great, lots of families and in a fantastic location. 10/10 would recommend.

Pulte has been fantastic with us throughout the entire build. We walked through the whole design and had regular inspections during the build. They were able to complete our house before the scheduled time frame and there were very few issues, which have been taken care of immediately. Very happy with the entire process.

Great neighborhood that is very convenient to everything for us. We looked at several builders communities while weighing the pros and cons for each and found this to be the best option by far. We've been able to customize the home the way we wanted and are very happy with our choice.

Pulte has been excellent with us throughout the entire build. We were not here a lot during the construction but our conversation via phone or email were very important. We purchase our home in 2019 but finally we moved in 4 months ago and we are so happy. We are very pleased with everyone at Plute.
