West Wind Townhomes

Been living here a year already and can say this place has been great. Quick access to the main highway makes traveling for work easy. Close enough to Winchester area to be able to shop. We love the walking trails and large playground.

This community was the best choice when moving to the area. Love that the homes are new and well maintained. Office staff was very helpful in answering all our questions. I look forward to living here.

Take note of the following if you’re willing to move here: If you read good reviews are from the past manager Sam and she is no longer working here, we now have the worse management company. 1. “Landscaping” service shows only when they want, they do whatever they want and not under what’s offered (Once a week according to the season) So expect the worse from them. And be careful since they don’t mind of breaking everything they find on their way. 2. Trash pickup from a Valet Living does exactly the same thing as the landscaping. 3. If you speak about concerning stuff (And many more) like this with the manager, don’t get surprised if she does nothing for what you’re paying for, that is totally normal. The townhomes are beautiful, rooms are spacious and the playground is huge. Maintenance is very responsive and the office is very helpful.

I’ve been living here for 2 years. New management and office staff was not helpful. She didn’t even care to suggest or make the efforts to find a solution. We pay so much for a rent and only get less than a minimum. The only positive is maintenance staff Matt, he is good to respond and will fix the issue.
