We were very unhappy with Mikes customers service. The only communication we received from him was a link to pay the bill. He never asked us our concerns with the house or spoke to us whatsoever! The day of the inspection he was ill which we understand happens, he pushed off the time and we decided not to go with because we didn’t want to get sick. We were happy he still did the inspection while not feeling good, however call us and ask us if we’d like anything specific checked out. Once our inspection came back we were even more disappointed. We don’t even know if he checked to attic or deck. He said the fireplace and water on fridge didn’t work. They were just turned off. We do not recommend, waste of money!

Michael Mele from Pillar To Post was outstanding! He arrived on time, completed a thorough inspection, and provided me with the complete inspection report within 15 minutes of finishing. The inspection report was provided to me in a professional-looking binder which also contained new home/moving discounts & tools to keep track of any updates & upgrades to the house. Michael went through the completed inspection report with me & offered easy and inexpensive solutions for the areas of concern. He was also very pleasant. Overall he provided exceptional service and I would strongly recommend him to others.

Mike was extremely helpful in explaining every issue he found. He went over it with us in a way we understood it all and was patient with our questions. You also receive a nice binder to keep up with all issues and repairs you make. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection. The price is great for the quality you receive as well.

Mike was such a pleasure to work with. He is early to the site of inspection, very courteous, and he is extremely detailed and concise. He was great at offering suggestions and very patient with (what seemed like) my endless questions. I've worked with him once before with the home I am currently selling and I am so glad I got to work with him again. I highly recommend him and would work with him in the future if the opportunity arises.
