Stephens Village Apartments

This place use to be so nice. Most elderly and people live there. There are appliances that's been there since this placed opened. This place was kept so nice and clean in early 2000s. They need an exterminator to spray daily, weekly, extra. It's important to spray and keep up maintenance as bugs can spread rapidly. Just one person can bring in bugs and the whole place can be infested quickly. Bugs can cause diseases and make people sick. It's really sad these people are paying based on income yet their appliances are out dated and bugs are crawling around. Please do better.

Have left multiple voicemails and even a message on their site inquiring about whether or not a posted apartment was available. Haven't received a callback or anything, not even to tell me they have no availability (professional common decency they clearly lack).

there is no on site management and when the manager does show primarily to collect checks some of those get lost or accidently shredded there is no on site maitenance you just get told you'll be placed on a list that it will probably take 2 or 3 months to get to you!
