West View Terrace Apartments

I lived here for 8 years. I was one of the best tennets as stacey the manager told me so. She left the business and when i moved out i left the apartment better then when i received it. They kept my deposit for nothing and also decided to bill me for bogus charges. They took pictures of my apartment when i moved in but when i moved out, they said they didnt have them but conveiniently had new photos from when i left of the same things that were there before, said they werent responible because i had a pet. Which the pet did not cause. They did it on purpose to charge me for the things i didnt do because i had a pet for my disability. They have done this to many tennets moving out.
