West Town Apartments

I should’ve went with my first mind not renting from these people. My AC has not been working for months ! Nobody answers the phone . Maintenance sucks ! All you get is the run around and patch fixing. If you’re looking for a cheap apartment with awful communication this is definitely your place . The rental office closes a hour early which is 4 when closing is 5. So you can never actually go there unless you don’t have a job or you have off days. I hate I ever rented here .

Ms Tiffany is amazing ! Always there to answer my questions anytime & has the most amazing customer service ! 10/10 would recommend!

Ms.Tiffany is very helpful and she is always on top of things. The staff is awesome and I enjoy living in the community.

The difference is night and day now in the insight management of the property. The apartments are clean and the manager Tiffany is very kind and helpful. 👍🏽
