I had a great agent experience working with Chris on a recent transaction. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond whenever I had questions, which made the process much smoother. His seller was also very proactive in addressing the issues that came up during the transaction, and there were a few along the way. He stayed patient and professional throughout, and together we were able to get everything worked through and make it to a successful closing. I’d be happy to work with him again in the future.

Chris Blackmon was the sellers agent for a property I had had my eye on for nearly 10 months. I contacted him and decided to use his services asmy agent as well. A Dual Agency agreement can sometimes lead either the buyer or the seller to wonder if they are getting the best representation possible. I can happily say that was never the case as all questions were answered honestly and with professionalism. We are very happy with the work Chris did on our behalf and would highly recommend his services to anyone in that market.

Have worked with Chris on 4 properties to either sell or rent out and has done a Great Job getting it sold/rented quickly and for the amount we were looking to get. **** BUYER/RENTER BEWARE****** Daryl @ West Maple reality has been by far the worst “Owner” representative ever. I leased a property managed by Chris Blackmon & West Gate where Daryl manages. The lease was paid & full & has now ended. The property was cleared & Ryan is refusing to return my security deposit & for over a month now continues to give me the old adage “Checks in the mail” lie. Do not lease or buy from this “one man band” company. They lack Customer Servive & I would rate them -0.

We had an EXCELLENT experience with Chris Blackmon selling our home in Cornelius on Windy Oaks Court in summer 2024. We had lived in our home for 10 years and had significant equity built up in an area where values had increased significantly in the past couple years. It was important for us to use a realtor who valued our home as we did. When Chris came to see the house and meet with us, he was able to see through the mess (3 young kids) and recommended we list at a price $20k over what we were thinking. Chris paid for a staging consultant, Mary Beth, to come and advise us on how to stage the home ( furniture placement / removal, decluttering, etc.) This was extremely valuable and had a strong impact on our eventual selling price.
