ConcordView Townhomes

Moving into my first townhome has been a wonderful experience. The leasing office made the process fast, smooth, and stress-free. Kaylese and Patti were an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. I’m truly grateful for their support and excited to call this community home. Highly recommend!

I lived in this community for five years and had a truly great experience. From the start, the leasing staff—Linda (may she rest in peace), Pattie, and most recently Kay—were all incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. They were always available to address any concerns, making the entire experience feel personal and supportive. Freddy from maintenance was also a standout. He was always welcoming, friendly, and willing to assist whenever needed. It really made the community feel like home. The neighborhood itself is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and I never had any issues with package deliveries. I recently moved out to pursue a more modernized living style, though the unit I had was already upgraded with features like stainless steel appliances and updated blinds. Kay was especial

Our new manager Kay has been so wonderful and kind to my husband and I. We have lived here for six years,and have asked to get some issues with our apartment taken care of for some time.But until Kay started,nothing was getting done.Kay came today and brought her team,and they got some things done for us. We are so appreciative of her professionalism and quick action. To feel like we were finally heard was a true blessing. Thank you Kay and team ❤️

What a fantastic place to live. My partner and I have had so many negative experiences with apartment and townhome complexes, but ConcordView Has completely altered our perspective on renting in the best way. Patti and the staff are so helpful, friendly, and attentive to us. Everything is so quiet and the residents are neighborly. 100% would recommended.

We love living here. Our neighbors are kind and friendly. The management team is awesome and I love the community events they put together!
