Michelle was the best leasing agent I’ve ever worked with. She worked with me for a couple weeks, and made the experience so easy. She was a delight to work with, and you can tell she cares about each of her tenants. I recommend highly to anyone looking for a good apartment complex to check out crown point apartments because that’s where you’ll find Michelle, a caring, wonderful sweet individual who is ready to help you anyway she can. I am now a current resident of Crown Point and I could not be any happier with a place I call home. If there were more people like Michelle in this world, the world would be a much better place.

I have been living in this community for 3 years. Everyone is nice, especially Michelle and the maintenance guys. I have recommended these apartments so much that I now have relatives staying here as well! It’s also super quiet back here as well “nestled in the woods” as I say.

I've been living here for three years now and I have no complaints whatsoever. From the manager to the maintenance staff, they are all excellent people and respond to your needs quickly. It's a quiet and safe place.

Even though there’s no specific rule or policy requiring this, I want to explain why I had to request termination of this apartment lease. I signed the lease agreement for this apartment a year ago, during which I paid a 2-month deposit and 1 month’s rent in advance. After moving in, about 3-4 months later, mold developed in the 1-bedroom unit, damaging my bed frame, mattress, bed covers, pillows, blankets, floor carpets, clothes, and office documents. I filed a complaint with the leasing office, and their top management assured me they would recover the damages. However, they never followed through. When I decided to end the lease and move out, I informed the leasing office and requested 2-3 extra days to vacate. They agreed but said there would be an additional charge for those days, wh
