Edge at Concord

I just ended my lease here because I got a new home, 🏠 I have so many good memories here for the last 6 years its been a great neighborhood! My neighbors are amazing, I will really miss living here! Thank you for the good memories! The office staff are always willing to help and very professional! Thanks again and if you want to live here I totally recommend !!!

Very pleased with our rental here. We have been here for two years and the maintenance and office are phenomenal. Our AC broke today and the office immediately had maintenance come after hours to assist. Thank you so much for the prompt work!

Tanesha is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. She went above and beyond for me and my daughter so that we could call the Edge @ Concord our new home. The team here is amazing and so kind. Would recommend this complex to any and everybody. Great job everybody and a huge thank you again to Ms Tanesha!!

I love the fake reviews. Look up the names. They never lived there. Drug ridden hell hole. All you smell is weed and crack. People sleeping in the storage building lol. People sleeping in their cars in visitor spots. Broke down rat infested vehicles in spots. If you leave before your lease, do to your kids being scared, don’t worry they will still charge you. Wall leaked from rain and neighbors washer. Currently speaking to a lawyer to break my lease. Some of you won’t be that fortunate. Don’t pay 1500 for everyone else to deal drugs there. Top part of the complex are some long time residents who have it made. Go lower and you’re screwed. Managements response is “ I’ll have them open a window while they deal drugs” 😂😂

I'm still in the application process, but Tenesha is so sweet and has been walking me through every step of the process. The customer service is spot on and my, does she have the patience of a Saint because Lord knows I'm not savvy. Lol. So far, I have had nothing but good interactions.
