West Lake Apartments

I'm changing my mind on this place, I love this place and every one is very cool. At first I didn't like this place but now I can't go without it. Thank you.

Attacked by the people I went to protect: Combat vet, 86-89 and dam proud of my service 💪 I smoke medical cannabis outside for ptsd but landlord said smelled like vapeing was done in the apartment, that's a lie! We never ever want to smell up our place, these people are EVIL and steal security deposit from innocent people, why? Andrew, God's gonna find you sir..

I love the location here. It's within walking distance to Main St and the lake. It's clean and quiet. They allow my 2 cats, but there is a monthly fee. Dogs are not allowed except service dogs. There is no smoking and a small, clean laundry room on the lowest floor. The rent is reasonable for the area, but keep in mind, Canandaigua is a little high. I feel that the building is well maintained and includes lawn care and snow removal. There are no private entrances or patios/balconies. Heat is included and there is one air conditioner installed in each apartment that I know of. My only concern is the development of a troublesome wasp nest in the wall next to our bedroom window and last summer they were getting in. I didn't get enough help with it at the time, so I have to wait and see how it

The tenants are very kind and respectful. The modern apartments are nice, clean and in proper working condition. Anything breaks down i put in a request and they fix it within the week. Bars and beach is a 5 minute walk either direction

1st year anniversary renting from this company and my experience has been all positive. Any issues or repairs were addressed promptly and sometimes the same day. When I had back problems they offered me a downstairs unit.
