CenterPointe Apartments and Townhomes

I'm usually not one for writing review but I can't let this one go. Moving into centerpointe from my first phone call with chanthea has been absolutely amazing! Jess, chanthea and Sierra have been there for with me process answering ALL of my questions no matter how silly they may sounds. They have all made this situation as easy for me as possible in a time of my life I dident think was possible. They make a great team and I'm glad I chose centerpointe to move to I already feel like home in the short time I've been talking with them. Thank you for all your hard words and patience with me I truly appreciate it!!

The team was very welcoming. Very polite. The apartment was very gorgeous and I can't wait to move into our new place and start this new chapter of our lives for me and my three boys.

Ive lived here 2 years now, at first the manager was friendly promising a better apartment experience, they promised renovations to the gym and common area, since then have gotten nothing but excuses as to why they dont have the fobs for access to the gym, first its they are getting estimates from electricians then its they cant find an electrician that can deal with their outdated system so that's why we don't have access to promised fobs, promised to fixed broken tumbler for the front and back door of the building, no safety deadbolt to the apartment, patios can be opened even when locked so there is no way to keep your unit secured just laster year alone neighbors were getting broken into through the back doors and property could care less about safety issues. We were promised 1590 rent for a partially renovated and a balcony, only to move into a completely carpeted apartment with no balcony. Only to be then told “it was listed wrong” and now we’re locked in to a carpeted apartment that we didn’t want for at least 6 months. It was unfortunate and kinda off putting. I understand mistakes happen but we have to deal with it for the next 6 months because an apartment was incorrectly labeled? We had 8 people to help unload a u haul that day, it’s not like we could reschedule. So I’d like for management to CORRECTLY list their properties, and yes I got a discounted rent, knocking off $120, but I would rather pay the extra money and have the amenities I was promised

Nick was prompt and went right to fixing the leaking master toilet. He was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing, which I totally appreciated. Nick also replaced a couple of sliding glass door blinds. Thank you Nick
