Great place! New buildings, very modern and thoughtful on the design of the apartment. Close to downtown. Kari, the property manager, was amazing..move in was very easy, she is very responsive and cooperative. I totally recommend this place and wish that I could stay here for long

I had an amazing experience living in Building 4 at Factory 243. The complex is incredibly animal-friendly, which was perfect for my dog and I. The management team is fantastic and on the one occasion I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment, they were there to help me get back in immediately. Also the Working Class coffee shop is a very nice bonus to have for convenience. The entire complex is well-maintained, and the location is ideal only a few blocks from downtown. I am moving out only because I purchased a home but I highly recommend Factory 243 to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place!

I was thinking of not posting this because it started off great. The owners gave us a free months rent and let us move in early so we could leave our prior lease. However, since moving in at the beginning of April there has been numerous issues and I can’t take it any longer. So far we’ve experienced a roof leak, electrical short circuits, our washer machine was broken, with two issues, and they did not fix it for three weeks. I finally bought the part and fixed it myself using a YouTube video (they did not offer to compensate me for the part). Our dish washer has broke, instant hot water heater has broken twice, the ceiling drops particles of I don’t know what in our bedroom leaving us to wipe off our bed every night. So in six months I’ve found myself using a laundromat, having to shower

Large rooms, large windows. I stayed with friends. Close shopping.

So far so good!! Moved here from Florida for my work. Move in was easy. Great place!!! Super nice!!!
