This was an pre-purchase inspection for a 40 year old house. There are a lot of property inspectors that turn up, do the job, and write a report. Bob not only did that, but encouraged me to be there for the full inspection, pointing out details that would need attention in the future, and explaining the various tradeoffs for the different options in upgrades.
