The Foundry

I moved in when the price seemed reasonable, but since then rent has been raised while the quality of living has gone downhill. The amenities are constantly unavailable, clubhouse closed, gym equipment broken for weeks at a time and management shows no urgency in addressing issues. Maintenance works on their own schedule, but rent is still expected promptly on the first of the month. It’s frustrating paying for amenities we can’t even use and feeling like residents’ concerns aren’t a priority. I would not recommend.

The foundry is such an amazing living space for families and students. The campus is such a clean space, every morning we have maintenance people that clean up the neighborhood. The office people are also very nice and have a solution to every problem. They really do try their best to help everyone out

I absolutely love the foundry and the staff they are amazing and so kind. I love the little events they do I think it’s great for the community to be so welcoming to there residents and offering stuff like free gift wrapping during Christmas time. They have always made my family feel so loved and welcomed here. One of the best community’s I’ve ever lived in, and some of the best girls. Anna always goes above and beyond to help me with things. Love you guys ♥️

I have been searching for places to live after my move to Georgia, and I stumbled upon the Foundry. The community and Amenities were what captured my attention. The assistant community director, Joy Dahn, was sweet and welcoming. She helped put my mind at ease by walking me through the process and ensuring my move was smooth.

I really love the community here, everyone is super friendly and it just has a great vibe. The free gift-wrapping station is such a nice bonus! They have everything you need, so you can wrap all your gifts right there without any stress. It’s little things like that that make this place feel so welcoming and thoughtful.
