Living at Octiv Row has been a great experience! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the community feels really welcoming. I like how convenient the location is, and my apartment is super comfortable. The little freebies and events they do are such a nice bonus and make living here even better. Definitely glad I chose to live here!

I highly recommend octiv row for anyone moving out for the first time or anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay, they have a pool table in the office. I go up there occasionally and am always welcomed by Madison and Emma .. plus they keep fridge stocked with different drinks for the residents!!

MK, and madison are honestly the best parts of living here, I love the win it wednesday's, and the coffee bars, and the multiple food trucks. there is also quick and efficient maintenance service. if you’re looking for a great place across from campus this is the one!!

My daughter lives in these apartments. They are clean and well taken care of. As a mother, I like knowing the area is safe and so close to UWG.

I’ve lived here since August and have loved it so much!! I’ve lived in a few different places on campus and this is by far my favorite. It’s so homey, and I love the staff at the clubhouse! Everyone is so nice. There’s always a cute event and I love the study spaces!
