West End Yards

Lived there for three years. Overall, a fine experience. Modern apartments and amenities. Good location, walkable to downtown. The gym needs more cleaning, especially the yoga room. People even come with their home vacuums to clean it there. Very weird floor plans - huge corridors, barely any living space. Maintenance was okay. We didn’t use it much. The biggest problem we had was a leaking window. No one fixed it, so we ended up living with duct tape on it for years. So why 2 stars? Because of management’s greediness. Once you’re a resident, they want to squeeze every dollar out of you. A couple of examples: if the contract ends in fall/winter, they only give you an 8- or 9-month contract. So not only can’t you lock in the price for a year, but you also have to renew during the “hot” seas

Moved here after one year in Boston without regrets! Have enjoyed my time here so far. Residents are friendly. Lots of dogs. Floor is pretty quiet and great location to the highways, downtown, and greenway for biking enthusiasts. Maintenance team is great and quick. Leasing office very responsive to work orders.

We have had a great experience from moving in in March to now! Incredibly responsive and quick to fix any maintenance issue. Tomas from maintenance is incredibly helpful and kind. When our dryer was not working, he replaced the dryer in no time.

Tomas was great! He fixed all my apartment issues quickly and efficiently. He was patient and polite and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the outcome. Both my sinks are working well.

I moved into West End yards a few weeks ago and my experience here has been nothing but terrific. Everyone on the leasing team has been exceptional. Recently, I notified the leasing group to a repair item Involving some plastic shelves in my refrigerator. Within no time at all, there was a service technician named Tom, who was at my door, ready to respond and help. Tom promptly and professionally assisted me in the replacement of the refrigerator shelving, and while he was here, noticed that there was a spot on the trim where the main entrance door knob hit. He asked if I wanted a rubber bumper for that spot. He said, “I’ll be right back” and in no time was back with a rubber bumper to help save the condition of the wood trim. Nice job, Tom!
