I bought a home in Portsmouth while still living in California. Talia was able to secure qualified tradesmen to do a bunch of pre-inspection and guided me through all the utilities set up I wasn’t familiar with, being out of state. She helped me negotiate as I wasn’t familiar with the local market and after I made the purchase she stuck around with more advice and solid contacts for the inevitable repairs. She was really the right person for me, as she helped me rent the home and I trusted her as she does property management and knew how to do a proper background check and vetting qualified candidates. The home is now rented after only one month of long distance repairs and I know Talia is around for the long haul to help.
