West Chatham Management has been a fantastic experience from start to finish! Their Care Package truly provides peace of mind. It’s clear they take pride in keeping everything maintained. The yards are regularly maintained, which really adds to the overall appeal and comfort of the property. They also do quarterly inspections, which I didn’t mind at all. In fact, it’s reassuring to know they care enough to stay on top of things and make sure everything is in great condition. I also want to give a huge thank you to Ms. Lori Ann who she is absolutely awesome to work with! She’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people she serves. We’ve been living in a West Chatham Mang. property for about two years now. Overall it’s been a good experience. Communication is good, they are timely with work orders. We’ve had minimal issues in our unit. The experience is largely dependent upon neighbors if you’re in a townhome. So far our street has been decent. They have only raised our rent once since we moved in, but we still feel like we are getting a good home for the cost. We would recommend WCM to a friend.
