Wesmont Apartments

I enjoy living in this apartment. It has a beautiful pool, a gym, and a community lounge with snack and drink vending machines. There’s a Monon Trail right in front of the building, and I always enjoy walking there. I also really like the people in the leasing office here, especially Ron. He is extremely kind and supportive. I had some issues with files at home, and Ron went out of his way to help me get rid of them. Even after that, he always checked in with me whenever he saw me to make sure everything was going well. Whenever he sees me carrying something heavy, he always offers to help. He also organized the mailroom, making the mailboxes more orderly and making it much easier for us to find our packages. Thanks to Ron, I’ve been living here safely and happily for almost 2.5 years.

Had a tour scheduled today. I was running a little ahead of schedule. Mikayla was so kind to make that work. The property is nicely maintained, the apartments are beautiful and spacious, Mikayla was very professional and knowledgable.

Mikaila is great. She got me approved for a new apartment when everyone else turned me down. She is always available when you need her. She is very nice, professional & I love her. Now my daughter is applying for her own apartment.

I had a garbage disposal malfunction and the kitchen sink water line came loose. I called Ron, the Westmont Apartment maintenance guy and he was to my unit within an hour. He had both them fixed in 10 Minutes. The property manager, Makaila, is equally as amazing and keeps the property running smooth! About to extend our lease as we love it here. Pool season is just around the season. Their pool and deck area is so nice & chill in the summer. Great apartment complex!

I had an amazing walk in visit today, Caty was attentive and Nice and I genuinely enjoyed my tour with her. + the property is new and fresh and pretty perfect! I plan on applying because these apartments literally have everything I’ve been looking for— literally everything. Hardwood style, in unit W/D, patio, tub! Quality cabinetry and kitchen, pool/fitness center. Hang out space. It’s everything i truly want. The price is a little steep but I feel good paying it knowing I get so much for the rate offered.
