Before going to the Design Studio with Ashton Woods, I recommend searching price estimates for any upgrades you’d like to do such as flooring, countertops and cabinets and compare these against the builder’s upgrade prices. In most upgrades, you’ll save money going with a company outside of the builder and you will also have much more choices and flexibility. I was also pretty disappointed with their customer service and building quality. I have a window that should have been centered in my butler’s pantry, but it’s not at all. They replied that I should have spoken earlier which is outrageous because I filed a warranty claim for it within the month of moving in. The two choices they gave me were: either I stay with my uneven window, or I would have have to tear down my Butler’s pantry an

Walked in the model home to inquire more information, was not greeted by anyone. When I finally walked towards the back of the home, i finally saw someone on her desk. Was never greeted, didn’t say hello and went straight to asking if I had a question. Asked for floor plans and was directed to your website. Ramune finally got up once we asked for her name and information on our way out. Very disappointing experience.

This place is really something to see.
