My realtor Rachel Santos was the best. Her communication was excellent. I never had to wonder what was happening. If I had a question she couldn't answer, many times she got me the answer within minutes. I'm also disabled and she always went above and beyond to help me out. You can trust her to take care of your home sale from beginning to end. Even though I left Saint Cloud I retained her to assist me in finding my next home in another city. Her experience is invaluable.

We had a good experience. Our realtor was great. Our only issue was at closing, but I don't think that was an realtor issue as much as the title company. But since the title company is a subsidiary of them I gave their rating 4 instead of a 5. Our buyer didn't have all ther paperwork finished and turned in, in time to close when scheduled. We had to resign extensions several tines before it was finally complete, which caused several other issues for us under the circumstances. I just feel the title company should not have scheduled the closing until both parties had their paperwork approved and turned in, then it would have been a smooth transition for everyone. But as far as the total journey we had great experience.

I am completely satisfied with the results and service of my agent Laurie. She understands customer service in this era. She was extremely attentive and professional, reachable and responsive. Laurie understood my needs and was able to anticipate what actions were required for each step of the way. I treasure her guided hand and recommend her to anyone who needs a good realtor. She went above and beyond in her support.
