We looked at a lot of communities before finally finding MI Homes. We spent a good year looking for the perfect location for us until we found our forever home in Bay Lake Farms! We worked with Cyndi as our home consultant and Edwin as our builder and they were both amazing!!! I truly couldn’t say enough good things about them. They made the process so easy, from signing our contract to closing. We felt so comfortable with them and trusted them thru the whole process. We trusted them so much that we didn’t even come to Florida until the walk thru when the house was already done being built. Cyndi and Edwin kept us updated thru the whole process where we felt like we were there every step of the way and they were so quick to answer any of our questions. Highly recommend MI Homes.
