Wells Place Apartments

I have had a great experience living at Wells Place so far! The units are beautiful and spacious, and the common areas are always clean. I have never had a hard time getting in contact with Sarah and maintenance also always responds to our maintenance requests in a timely manner. The parking garage is an added plus. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and hope to stay here for a while!

Have been living here for the past 6 months and really enjoying it. The units are beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings and modern appliances. Maintenance is always readily available with any type of request like lightbulb changes, being very helpful if ever needing anything. Would 100% recommend!

We’ve been living here for the past four years and have had a great experience. The management team is always very responsive and helpful whenever we need anything. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and feels very safe. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the apartments themselves are beautiful and comfortable. Overall, we’ve truly enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to live

Great apartment complex in a very convenient location. The units are nice with solid amenities in the building, including exercise rooms and parking. People are respectful and the staff and management are a pleasure to interact with and get things done quickly. Highly recommended if you’re moving to the area.

Reply to Sarah's comment, The fact that you are unaware our apartment flooded with backup sewage on multiple occasions (we had emergency maintenance come) and that you are also unaware of the many many dog poops piling up outside the building speaks volumes. It is not the residents job to maintain and admin the building. Building was good when Glender was there. Now real real bad.... If you like lots of sewage damage in your floors and many poops around the outside of your building definitely live here.
