I had a truly wonderful experience living at Devonshire Apartments in Chicago for about 16 months, and I can confidently say it was one of the best places I’ve lived. The building is well-maintained, peaceful, and feels safe and welcoming. The apartments are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully managed, making it easy to feel at home from the very beginning. What truly sets Devonshire Apartment apart is the exceptional staff and management. The building manager is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to tenants’ needs. Concerns and requests are always handled promptly and with genuine care, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. Devonshire Apartments was home for a year and a half. I loved everything about residing there. Management is excellent! They are always looking for feedback and take suggestions for making residents more comfortable. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Everything including rent payments and maintenance scheduling can be conveniently accessed online through a residence portal. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, close to public trans, close to Rainbow Beach, the South Shore Cultural Center and several eateries. It was definitely a great living experience!

Devonshire Apartment was home for me. I lived in a studio unit and moved to a one bed. Both units are great for students, singles or couples. The apartment is very clean and maintenance is quick if anything needs to be fixed. Rent payment and requests are all made easy and accessible online. Management is excellent and Patrick is a great manager. He is open to suggestions and available for questions or concerns. I lived in Chicago for a while and this was by far the best apartment. Quiet and secure neighborhood with close by public transportation. Would give the apartment 100 stars if I could.

This apartment was my home away from home. I always felt safe in the building . The place is always clean and maintenance is prompt to respond to any issues you may encounter. Tenants are friendly and polite , all willing to lend a hand if needed. They decorate the lobby for Christmas ( which happens to be my favorite holiday). Having access to a secure and clean garage was also a great plus!. Pest control was done regularly. Management and Maintenance (Patrick and Lino) are amazing ! If you are hesitating on staying here, I would say look no further , as you will not be able to get a better experience for the price !

I recently had the pleasure of staying for a year at this fantastic apartment complex during my time as a Medical Student, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the exceptional treatment I received throughout my stay in Chicago. From the moment I arrived, the management and staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and convenience. Firstly, they organized a complimentary airport pickup for me, which was an incredible gesture that instantly alleviated any travel stress. It was such a relief to have someone waiting for me upon my arrival. The apartment itself was nothing short of excellent. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for my extended stay. The management truly understands the unique needs of students and made sure tha
