If you like rodents dropping in your utensil drawer, and not just one type of rodent, you'll find chipmunks, rabbits, and mice living within the unit walls, which requires me to keep my utensils in the refrigerator To keep them sterial. Here, you're hearing them scratching the walls. And what do they do about it? Nothing. They just hire a new property manager who threatens people and talks to them, "When I arrive on-site, all cars better be moved from the street." And the secretary seems like she has a heart, but she's just as cruel, doing things behind your back. I gave them six months' notice to vacate the property by July 31st, 2026, and I applied for several apartments. I was denied because of bad reviews they gave my prospective landlords, and I'm stuck here for life. Nobody's going

We are two weeks away from July and have not had the grass mowed yet. Sure, they plant flowers at the entrance, but as soon as you enter, it's like driving thru the projects. Rather than hiring a landscaping company, it just gets ignored. I was told a month ago that they would be spending a few hours in morning mowing to catch up...nope, not yet. The rent keeps going up, but they choose to disregard their part of the lease by making sure the grounds are taken care of. Many residents have been complaining about this. I also had a piece of linoleum flooring in the kitchen (over 16 years old) come apart at the seam. I finally tripped over it and it broke off, but nothing has been done to replace flooring. Insanely high rent, little to no maintenance. The neighborhood is destroyed by children turned out by their parents all under the age of 12. The laundry rooms are destroyed by these children and can't be used . They scream and swear and yell at all hours, they live around a playground but they are let out through the entire apartment complex. The office staff claimed that nobody ever complains and there's nothing they can do yeah it says in the lease the children need adult supervision. Come to Wellington Terrace where they take your money and expect you to be happy about your own personal property being vandalized by your neighbor's! Don't plan on using your windows, because the screaming and swearing is relentless in the office refuses to even listen to it while they're physically there

I've lived here since I was 2 and it's an overall great place! However, sometimes some of the younger kids (and even some older ones too) will destroy things on the playground, such as messing up the swing chains. There is 3 playgrounds. 2 in one part of the complex, and the other is in a different area. It's still a pretty good place in my opinion though. :)

Absolutely LOVE IT here! The 2 bedroom townhouses are the perfect size. Not too big but not too small. Just the right size to feel cozy. The staff is beyond amazing especially the office ladies, very helpful and ALWAYS friendly. I just resigned my lease for another year as I haven't had one issue. The complex is extremely kid friendly and we couldn't be happier!!!!
