My family and I are thrilled with the results of our new forever home! Not only did we have the pleasure of working with Kyle through the transaction of the purchasing of the house but he was able to help us turn it into our dream home. With a whole new first floor renovated and entire house painted he was able to make it stress free with taking on the responsibility of coordinating everyone to get in and do the job (and do the job right)! He was great at keeping me up to date with where we we’re at in projects and money. Super affordable for meeting our wish list and will continue to use/refer him out to family and friends!

I can’t say enough about Kyle and his team! I had a major roof emergency and he managed to come and help me very quickly. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Even assisted me with my insurance claim. Highly recommend! He will be my first call with my next project, hopefully it will be my choice though and not due to a major leak!

Kyle was extremely attentive and diligent while helping me find a new home, keeping me updated on new listings while keeping in mind what I was looking for. He found me the perfect condo and his renovation/construction team did a beautiful job installing new floors and painting my entire unit.
