Lakeside Landing Apartments

I absolutely love living here. I feel safe, the apartment is clean and everything works well. If I have maintenance requests they respond quickly and get things taken care of. The residents are great and friendly, and the property manager is genuinely a good person. It’s refreshing and I’m so glad I picked this complex. They have improved so many things even in the 6 months I’ve been here!

The management team is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about residents. Maintenance is quick, and the community is welcoming. The location is perfect—close to shopping and dining. I love it here! Super dog friendly with tons of streets and close by trails to walk. Anytime there’s an issue, maintenance is super quick to come fix it. All the neighbors are super friendly, and for being in Manchester, it’s one of the safest locations you can be in. I looked at almost a dozen apartments, and this was by far the standout. Everything had been recently updated and it’s the perfect place to be!

When Mammoth Properties took over this property, (Previously Crystal Lake Apts) it was by far the best thing that could have happened to and for us tenants here. The property definitely needed a facelift, which it got and continues to get on a daily basis, and people who actually care about the property and the tenant needs. I absolutely love living here. It's safe and quiet with reasonable rent. I feel very blessed to be here. I'd recommend Lakeside Landing Apartments if you are looking for committed people to make sure your living experience is a great one.

My husband & I have lived at Lakeside Landing in Manchester for 14 years. (Formerly known as Crystal Lake Apartments) Mammoth properties is our 4th management company since we lived here. They have been the best! They have been working hard making improvements to the property, by renovated the apartments right away when someone moves out, allowing dogs now, doing the parking lot over, improving the landscaping, shoveling and plowing is much better, painting hallways and porches, and so much more! If you have a problem, they respond very quickly and will send someone over to evaluate the problem. My husband & I are very happy with the new management company.
