This took me a lot to write ! I don’t ever like to leave negative reviews. We pay over 2,000 per month to live here , with no working washing machines , and now mice! What I was told about that was “ We get them in our own homes “ ! Interesting 🧐 Really? I didn’t ask for that kind of response!! Soon, I feel I may to take other actions because now I’m coming home to wide open broken doors! Do you care ? I’m serious ? Do you care??? Please make some changes because we pay quite a bit to live here! Please have a heart ! P.S. I don’t like petty and uneducated responses from your staff! They’re always like that . I don’t feel comfortable here lately ~ please fix!

Luxury townhouses include, water stained ceilings, pre stained carpets from previous tenants, Peeling linoleum flooring, broken A/C every season, down appliances from the 90's, and consistently rising rent in the 100s of dollars per year due to "increased upkeep costs". Quick to threaten eviction for missed rent regardless of fault (they "lose" rent checks so you have to pay extra via the app) but slow actually upkeep the apartments.

We are currently living here. This place is horrible. Everything is broke washer was new in 1986. The handle on slide is broke. The pictures on web site it doesn't look like that. No landscaping no repairs the mow but leave long grass along the patio no mulch nothing looks like the pictures. They paint and spatter the paint everywhere all over cupboards stair rail and flor. Sparkling not painted sanded or anything. Do not RENT here. There are nicer places for less, we were desperate we won't renew.

Paying $2,500/month to live in an outdated townhouse. I needed a new bedroom door and the geniuses that call themselves maintenance replaced it with a door that’s 4” short on the bottom. Took 2 months to fix a dishwasher. 3 days to fix a hot water heater- no hot showers. And now my carbon monoxide detectors have been going off for two days straight, with no sign or intent to fix them. Thankfully I can stay at a friend’s house. They will go up $200/month every year on rent but can’t maintain their run down property. Horrible management and owners. They need to be held accountable. Look elsewhere

Outdated. Rent goes up every year. The lease is very difficult to get out of when you are ready to move. Management doesn’t seem to care much about the people who live in the town homes
