Wellington Apartment Homes

I like very much living here. The woman that work in the admin office, they are AWESOME. I really enjoy how willing they are to help and make things better. I feel very happy here. Specially the apartment I have, nice view and great natural light.

The ladies in the office , Amanda and Lizz , are awesome. They treat me great and are awesome to my son. They got the maintenance crew , awesome , clean and professional, out to my unit quickly and they fixed everything that needed attention quickly , cleanly and were very respectful to my son and I. They are a great team and I’m glad to be here. Thanks again

The complex is great, the people are very attentive to the tenants needs. My roommate and I have a very difficult schedule to work with and the staff still helps us frequently. Alexis King was our agent and she did a great job finding a deal and place that would work with our budget and our needs as members of the military community. I've recommended The Wellington to several friends and they have all moved in or made plans to do so.

Awesome complex with nice amenities should you choose to use them! Lived here just under two years. Easy to use app for rent payments and reporting concerns. Responsive staff. My unit in building 9 had a nice view of the mountain, and was relatively quiet. Good storage space, my only constructive advice would be to upgrade the in unit washer/dryer to a larger size if possible as we had to take bedding elsewhere. Moving out pics attached :) .

Management is sleezy and manipulative. Beware military! You deserve better! I am a current resident and overheard one of the leasing agents on the phone with a prospective tenant. She told the person "The nice thing about this complex is if you receive orders, you can end your lease without penalty." THAT IS A LAW THEY MUST FOLLOW. The SCRA ( servicemembers civil relief act) is what protects our active duty personel in these situations. The Wellington was selling this is as some kind of perk of the complex. Every landlord must follow this law!!!
