The Highlands at Silverdale

Our experience since we first walked into the leasing office to inquire about Highlands apartments has been wonderful! The property is beautiful, very upscale and surrounded by gorgeous Evergreen trees! Ms. Elka was our leasing agent and was such a pleasure to work with. She is so kind, experienced and well-versed on all areas of the property. She made us feel immediately welcome and has such a bright and kind personality. She gave us a thorough tour of the complex and went over several different rental options with us and took her time with us. Once we reserved our unit, she was always available every day to answer our questions through the entire leasing process. Very quiet, spacious apartments with a gorgeous view and TONS of natural light. The highlands definitely feel like luxury. While i was on the hunt for my first apartment, i visited a friend who lives here and decided immediately that this is where i was going to move. There hasn’t been a single disappointment since i moved in February. The leasing agents are so awesome and helpful as well as the maintenance staff. The platform used to pay rent and Utilities and also submit maintenance requests is super easy and convenient to use. Any time i submit a request, it gets completed the same day, or the next day if i submitted after hours. The gym is nice and the views from my apartment are amazing. 5 stars! My move-in experience at Highlands at Silverdale was fantastic, and Elka made all the difference. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. She walked me through every step, answered all my questions with patience, and went out of her way to make sure I felt at home right away. Elka's positive energy and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful day into a smooth and enjoyable one. Thank you, Elka—you're a superstar! A great place to live. Front desk management has been great to work with. Maintenance requests are fulfilled fast. They have been super accommodating and making sure our needs are met. The amenities is what sold us. The full gym, infinity pool and game area are great additions. The 2 bed 2 bath unit with a pantry!! Not to mention the dog parks. We have been here for a couple months and are happy with our choice. A couple things I would take note of, sound travels easily through the walls and if you’re wanting more privacy and less disturbances an upper unit might be preferred as some outdoor units can be affected by neighbouring balconies.

Andrea made my move-in process so smooth! Her bright personality made me so excited to move here. She also followed up with me a week after I moved in to make sure I had no issues. The staff is so friendly and the maintenance team is super responsive. I love my place!! It is a quiet, safe community with a shopping center just down the road. Also, the clubhouse amenities are amazing!
