I had a great experience with Trevor - having bought/sold a number of houses over the years, I would say he’s the best mortgage broker I’ve worked with. He really cares about clear communication, checking in multiple times by phone and text with updates and even making a video to go over the closing documents. We had a very short window to pull the offer together and get the pre-approval in place, and also a short closing window, and he and Lindsey stayed on top of everything and made it all go smoothly. I would recommend him to anyone I know planning to purchase a house and will certainly work with him again if I make another purchase.
