My young children and I were introduced to 325 B Summer ave Seaside heights through this agency. No one ever informed me that the place has mold infestation inside the walls. I lived there for 7 months got very ill multiple doctors appointments. I have asthma and allergies which made things worse. The code inspector came to assess and told me it was unsafe to live in that condition. Thank God I got out asap. My advice to anyone doing business here check the property thoroughly before renting.
