Susan worked with my husband and I for about 6 months trying to find the perfect forever house for our family. She also simultaneously sold our house for us. She was so great to work with. She was accommodating with our busy schedules to be available almost every weekend for showings since we lived about an hour north of the areas we were looking to move and also have a young baby. We looked at over 40 houses and Susan was nothing but patient and encouraging as the house hunting process can be extremely stressful but she made it fun. We had some up and down's along the way (including losing 2 houses due to issues out of Susan's control) but in the end she ultimately helped us find our dream house in a dream neighborhood. Living on the West Coast complicated things for us but she was adept at explaining the entire process and giving us realistic expectations based on her experience in the local market. She did more for us than we could have asked. Sue stayed on top of everything, driving the process locally and taking care of inspection issues.
