Mr. D'Amico accepted a listing referral and two months after closing of the sale, he still hasn't kept his part of the agreement. Two weeks after closing of the sale, he was sent a reminder to honor his side of the agreement. He claimed that payment was returned to his office due to an incorrect zip code. He was unable to provide a copy of the "undeliverable" envelope but he promised to fix the problem "personally" by the next day. One week later, two weeks, three weeks, two months later now... and he still hasn't honored his side of the agreement.
