I recently sold my house in Old Bridge and Weichert Realtors representative, Julianne Siciliano, could not be more helpful to me. She reassured me not to worry about anything and that she would take care of everything for me, which she surely did! She was very knowledgeable in all aspects from listing my house through the closing process and was very reliable and available whenever I needed to speak with her. I am very pleased with the outcome of the sale and can recommend Julianne with confidence to anyone looking for a realtor. I wish her all the best in the future.

I purchased a house through Weichert. The agent (Tarannum Rehan) did a good job of marketing house for the seller unfortunately by misrepresenting features and condition of the property. I had to purchase without seeing house due to living across the country and COVID travel restrictions. Major appliances including AC/Furnace, refrigerator, washer/dryer had to be replaced almost immediately. There was extensive damage to flooring and windows, cheap paint job etc. Pictures for listing camouflaged damage beautifully. My inspector should have caught this. Agent suggested bidding war driving the price above market for the condition, however, no one who actually saw house would have participated. Poor guidance for a first time home buyer and very difficult even after escalating issues to the branch manager. Bought a house with very heavy spray paint on the sidewalk which was assumed to be related to construction but later found out that it was because Weichert offers more 'elegant' sign options that require marking gas lines. After closing, asked them to remove the for sale sign and spray paint but the manager said that I should have asked before closing to have the spray paint removed. Even a power washer has not been able to remove the spray paint they had ordered as part of their signage process. Tried explaining that Weichert should provide some guidance when buying a home, especially since they ordered the marking of the sidewalks, but the branch took a defensive position inst

Terrible real estate services, I strongly recommend not to deal with this office for sale or even for rent. Waste of time. I wish I know this from the beginning.
