Just moved in recently, nice quiet place and unit has been updated a bit which is great. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Nermeen when I was looking at units here. She is excellent to work with. She is patient and thorough and took her time to accommodate my wants and needs. She kept in touch throughout the process and made me feel comfortable in my decision to rent a unit over here. I cannot say enough nice things, I would not hesitate to recommend her or any of the staff. I had one maintenance issue, which was insignificant they came rectified it immediately and they were easy to contact and work with.

Gary from maintenance was awesome. Called in 7pm on a sunday and our sink was overflowing and gary came in the next half hour and was able to get the job done within another half hour as well. Much appreciated i thought we were going to have a tsunami
