Right from the beginning the owner, Adam explained things completely, leaving me and my husband with practically no questions afterwards. He has a true passion for this craft and he goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. He and his team were punitive, neat, patient and finished the job ahead of schedule. I’m positive I wasn’t an easy customer to deal with, but each of his crews listened, explained and accommodated our wishes. If I could build myself 100 houses, I’d call Unique Building Ideas every time.

I recently used Unique Building Ideas to re-finish the hardwood floors throughout my mothers home in Sewaren. Adam's team did a FANTASTIC job! It felt like walking into a brand new home. Everyone who saw it was so impressed with the transformation. Oh, and despite us getting five contractor price quotes, Adam's was the best. So we got GREAT WORK at a GREAT PRICE.
