If I can give Jeffrey Lee a zero I would for his lack of professionalism! I inquired about an apartment and did not remember he was someone who might have shown me an apartment or house for rent years ago. He was straight out rude and unprofessional. Jeffrey before you try to insult someone make sure you know more of someone’s financial status. What might have been years ago doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the same years after. You need to learn how to deal with all kinds of people, you are very rude!

Madiha is very unprofessional. We had scheduled an apartment viewing days before. The day of I arrived 5 minutes early was told it would take her 5 minutes to arrive. Fine, no problem at all. We waited 15 minutes with NO UPDATE, I had to contact her asking where she was. She wasn't even on the way and was with another client. Absolutely no update and no consideration for our time. We drove over an hour to get to the location and had blocked out time in our schedules for this. Her excuse was "I get a lot of calls" and then asked to reschedule. We never even saw the apartment. Ridiculous and a waste of time. Very upsetting experience.

Stay as far away as possible! Erma Mathis-Small and her colleague Beverly Caraballo brought me an absolute nightmare of a tenant!!! She pushed me to accept her even though I was iffy. And my gut was right! They don’t care and won’t advise you correctly. They want to make a quick dollar and run! Stay away!
