The premises are consistently clean and well-maintained, and management does a great job keeping residents informed about any ongoing issues or important notices. Communication was always clear and timely, which I really appreciated. Building manager Mary Beth is truly a gem. She is attentive, responsive, and always available when needed. She makes sure requests are handled promptly and follows through with care. What stands out most is how warmly and compassionately she treats everyone. My sister and I relocated from a different state, and moving to a new state can be overwhelming, but the building manager Mary Beth made the transition seamless. She was incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful from day one. It truly felt like we were supported, not just moving into another apartment. The location is another huge plus. The building is in a great area. It is walkable to supermarkets, a UPS store, and other everyday necessities which made life so much easier. My family and I had a truly wonderful experience at the North Building. The management genuinely treats everyone like family, with kindness, patience, and real care. You can feel that everything is handled with heart and good intentions, Mary is always looking out for her residents whether it’s an urgent situation or the holidays treats! Best management service from my opinion given the many years of experience with renting and if you’re looking for a place in Bayonne this is it. Keep up the great work and kudos to the whole team.

My fiancé and I just hit our 3rd year living in this building, and our time here has been nothing but the best! Management is always on top of their game when it comes to building-wide notifications, maintenance issues, or parking accommodations. Our lovely landlord is quick to respond at any given time, and has been such a pleasure throughout the years. The community is great and would highly recommend living here~ As my first home away from home, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
