Bayonne Bay

Very disappointed with the lack of upkeep in this community. There have been two soiled diapers sitting in front of my garage and my neighbor’s garage for weeks. They were blown there after trash wasn’t properly removed during the snowfall, causing overflow and debris to scatter everywhere. The diapers are smashed and covered in feces — it’s completely unsanitary and unacceptable. When it snowed, we even asked management staff — who were cleaning the area across the street at other apartment buildings — if they could also clear our space. I am pregnant and wanted to avoid any risk of slipping and falling. We were told they were only assigned to that side after many complaints. Eventually, I believe they came back and cleaned everyone’s spaces, but this is a rental community. We do not own

Normally would give higher score but after this winter I won’t. The snow clean up has been so poor and so dangerous (falling myself from it) that there is no excuse after many phone calls and a week to clean it up!!

Lived at BB for two years in their townhouse unit and it was great overall while it lasted. I give it 4 stars because of how overpriced it has become (which is the main reason we left). - The walls can be thin where you can hear your neighbors in the livingroom area. - Gym is small & could have more to offer given the price. - Occasional delivery issues given all the houses look the same. Other than these things, we loved how much space we had, which is why i give it 4 stars. The grounds/location is beautiful. I would still recommend because the good outweighed the bad overall.

Joe and Orlando from the maintenance team were amazing! They showed up quickly, worked efficiently, and fixed all of my issues without any hassle. Both were super friendly, professional, and clearly care about doing a great job. Really appreciate how fast and easy they made the whole process. Great experience overall!
